Campfire is operated by BELLU PRODUCTOS. Campfire is a customer support platform built for support agents and leads who need a calm, operational shared inbox — not seat-based pricing or locked-in AI markups.

Mission

We build a transparent Intercom alternative with three product principles:

• No per-seat pricing — flat workspace tiers with seat caps, never billed per agent seat.
• BYO-AI — bring your own model keys; Campfire does not markup AI usage.
• Multi-channel shared inbox — widget, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, and email in one place.

What Campfire is for

Support teams use Campfire to triage conversations, read threads clearly, and send the next correct response with minimal friction. AI assistance is layered on demand rather than forced into the default surface.
